Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store plain-text passwords.
Exchange API Credentials: To connect your exchange accounts, you provide API keys and secrets. These are stored in our database. We strongly recommend you configure API keys with trading permissions only — no withdrawal access. TradeBotPro never requests or stores withdrawal permissions.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details. We receive and store a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID for account management purposes.
Trading Data: We store your bot configurations, trading history (executed trades, prices, amounts), position records, and performance statistics to operate the Service and display your history to you.
Preferences: User preferences such as notification settings are stored in your account profile.
Usage Data: We may log server-side request data (timestamps, endpoints accessed, IP addresses, error logs) for security, debugging, and service improvement purposes. We do not use third-party behavioral tracking services.
Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain that correspondence.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Your exchange API keys and secrets are stored in our database to enable the Service to function. We access them only to authenticate API requests to your connected exchanges on your behalf. We do not transmit them to any other party.
You can revoke API keys at any time from your exchange's settings. If you believe your API keys have been compromised, revoke them immediately from the exchange and contact us at contact@tradebotpro.net. Upon account deletion, stored API credentials are deleted from our database.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Trade history is retained indefinitely during your account's lifetime for your records and audit purposes. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 14). Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records retention obligations).
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or behavioral tracking technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar services.
