If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction to use TradeBotPro.
TradeBotPro provides automated cryptocurrency trading bot software that connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges via user-supplied API credentials. The Service enables users to configure and deploy algorithmic trading strategies that execute trades automatically based on user-defined parameters. TradeBotPro is a software tool only — we do not hold, custody, manage, or control your funds at any time.
TradeBotPro does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice of any kind. Nothing on this platform — including strategy names, descriptions, default parameters, historical backtest results, performance statistics, educational content, or any other material — constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or other financial instrument.
No fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship exists between TradeBotPro and any user. TradeBotPro is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, futures commission merchant, or commodity trading adviser. All trading decisions are made entirely by you.

As a user of TradeBotPro, you are solely responsible for:
TradeBotPro connects to exchanges using API credentials you provide. We strongly recommend using API keys configured with trading permissions only — with withdrawal permissions explicitly disabled. TradeBotPro never requests, stores, or exercises withdrawal permissions.
You are responsible for the security of your API keys. If your API keys or account are compromised, you must immediately revoke the compromised credentials from your exchange and notify us. TradeBotPro is not liable for losses resulting from compromised, stolen, or misused API credentials.
Paper trading mode uses simulated funds and does not involve real money or real exchange orders. Paper trading results are hypothetical and do not account for real-world factors including slippage, partial fills, execution delays, exchange fees, liquidity limitations, and market impact. Paper trading results do not guarantee or predict similar results in live trading.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADEBOTPRO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADEBOTPRO, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to:
TRADEBOTPRO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) $50.00 USD, OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO TRADEBOTPRO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeBotPro, its owners, operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
You and TradeBotPro agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service (each, a "Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below.
Informal Resolution First: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at contact@tradebotpro.net and attempt to resolve the Dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration Rules: Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed arbitration service under its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights. Claims within small claims court jurisdiction may be brought in such court.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@tradebotpro.net within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must state your name, email, and that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
YOU AND TRADEBOTPRO EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. All Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
If this class action waiver is found unenforceable with respect to any Dispute, then the agreement to arbitrate will not apply to that Dispute and it must be litigated in court.
TO THE EXTENT ANY DISPUTE IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN COURT (INCLUDING FOLLOWING AN OPT-OUT FROM ARBITRATION), YOU AND TRADEBOTPRO EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. All such disputes shall be resolved by a judge sitting without a jury.
ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE. CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THIS PERIOD ARE PERMANENTLY BARRED. This limitation applies regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary.
TradeBotPro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, exchange outages, blockchain network congestion or failures, cyberattacks, internet or infrastructure failures, labor disputes, or any other event outside our reasonable control. In such events, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
TradeBotPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, abusive behavior, non-payment, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. All running bots will be stopped. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, strategies, interfaces, graphics, and content, is owned by TradeBotPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely as described in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party services including cryptocurrency exchanges (Coinbase, Kraken), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and Supabase (infrastructure). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. TradeBotPro is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or actions of any third-party service. Your use of third-party exchanges is subject to their respective terms of service and you assume all risks associated with those platforms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and TradeBotPro regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
